Job Type: Contract (6 Months, Possible Extension)
About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Marketing Strategy & Planning Consultant to join our Global Marketing team. This role supports critical, long-term marketing transformation initiatives and collaborates with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong project management capabilities, excellent communication skills, and proven B2B marketing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive project management strategies with the Director of Marketing Strategy & Planning.
• Lead project management for major marketing initiatives and interdependent workstreams.
• Coordinate and collaborate with various marketing teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of projects.
• Manage and track timelines, deliverables, and partner engagement to keep projects on schedule.
• Facilitate cross-functional status meetings and provide timely updates to marketing leadership and commercial teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams.
• Utilize Smartsheet or equivalent tools to manage project tracking and reporting.

• Growth Operations, Commercial Enablement, and Internal Communications
• Transition Management Office

Requirements:
• 6–7 years of experience in marketing strategy, operations, or project management.
• Demonstrated success managing marketing transformation or long-term strategic initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, from inception to completion.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in B2B marketing environments is required.
• Comfortable navigating complex projects and driving collaboration in a remote, fast-paced setting.
• Experience with project management tools like Smartsheet is required.
• International and remote team collaboration experience is a plus.

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
