About the Role

As a key member of the Business Services Marketing team, the Marketing Specialist – Strategic Accounts helps define and deliver fully integrated, innovative marketing plans to generate demand and strengthen brand awareness across the North American Strategic Sales teams. This role supports the Corporate and Digital Marketing divisions, developing and executing marketing activities that align closely with sales objectives. The role will work in support of the lead overseeing Corporate and Digital Marketing.

About the Team

The Business Services Marketing team supports three core divisions: Financial Services, Corporate, and Digital Marketing. This role focuses exclusively on the Corporate and Digital teams. Marketing aligns to the Strategic Sales function, which is organized into three key groups: Alliances, National, and Strategic. Each group has dedicated marketing support, including an Events Manager and aligned marketers for each team.

You'll Be Responsible For:
• Designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that support strategic sales goals across the Corporate and Digital divisions
• Developing content such as case studies, thought leadership, emails, and digital assets to support campaigns
• Executing demand generation tactics including webinars, email marketing, and digital promotions to drive pipeline and MQLs
• Collaborating closely with sales to ensure alignment, provide updates, and share insights
• Supporting end-to-end event involvement, including internal coordination, promotion, and post-event follow-up
• Contributing to cross-functional marketing projects in collaboration with national teams and internal stakeholders
• Tracking and report on campaign performance, marketing KPIs, and lead influence metrics
• Supporting internal communication plans and campaign execution strategies set by the Corporate and Digital Marketing lead

Qualifications
• B2B marketing experience, ideally within a matrixed or multinational environment
• Project and campaign management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams
• Great communicator with a collaborative approach to working with sales and cross-functional stakeholders
• Familiarity with campaign analytics, pipeline reporting, and MQL performance
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working across Corporate and/or Digital Marketing functions
