You think in systems and funnels and dashboards. You’ve got a “let’s figure it out” attitude and you know how to move fast and test things without needing a meeting!You’ve got tons of examples of how you’ve used AI to do better work, faster.From day one, you’ll have the keys to the engine. Email sequences, lead magnets, campaigns, content, landing pages and a bunch more.Some things are working well. Others? Not built yet. That’s where you come in.You’ll work closely with me to test new ideas, run campaigns, track results, and evolve our marketing system into a consistent lead and client-generating machine. We’ll move fast, share feedback often, and celebrate wins as we grow.Requirements You Might Be the Right Fit If…You’ve run email campaigns that get replies and you’ve written content that people bookmark. You’ve figured out how to grow leads without a massive ad budget. And you’ve done it with smart tools (including AI) and a curious, can-do mindset.You probably enjoy diving into data but don’t get lost in it. You like building robust systems but you’re not precious, you’ll happily hack something together just to get it out the door. You’ve worked in small teams or agencies before, so you’re used to juggling different priorities and just making things happen. What Success Looks LikeLet’s be clear—this isn’t a “brand awareness” job. It’s about outcomes.Each month, we’ll be looking at the number of qualified sales calls you helped generate, how many of those leads turned into clients, how well our emails and resources are performing, and how often happy clients are referring us or coming back for more.We’ll set targets together, and you’ll have the support and autonomy to hit them. ️ What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll write and manage email campaigns that get read, clicked, and replied to. From opt-ins, nurture sequences, newsletters and more.You’ll create lead magnets and resources people actually wantYou’ll build out nurture and follow-up sequences that guide people to the right resources and to book a hiring clarity call. You’ll also manage relationships—with partners, newsletter sponsors, freelancers and others we need to make our marketing machine hum.You’ll make sure our landing pages convert, our processes are tight, and our marketing gets better every single month.You’ll track the data, test what’s working, and find new ways to bring in great leads. What You Won’t Be Doing❌ Running Facebook or Google ads (we don’t do paid traffic… yet)❌ Posting endlessly on social just to “be active”❌ Waiting to be told what to do❌ Sitting through pointless meetingsThis is a role for someone who takes action.
