We're seeking a visionary and results-driven Marketing & Sales AI Data Scientist/Analyst to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to move beyond traditional analysis and leverage the power of Artificial Intelligence to build a self-optimizing marketing and sales engine. In this role, you will be the force behind our AI-driven strategies, working within our Microsoft Fabric data lakehouse. You'll use data from Salesforce and HubSpot (experience with these platforms is a plus but not required) to create models that don't just tell us what happened but actively adjust and improve our marketing and sales activities in near-real-time. Your work will directly translate insight into action, continuously optimizing our campaigns and promotions for maximum effectiveness. What You'll Do: • Build AI Models for Real-Time Optimization: Develop, train, and deploy AI models that can analyze our vast marketing and sales data in near real-time. Your models will identify opportunities and anomalies, then automatically trigger adjustments to optimize our campaigns and sales behaviors. • Translate Insight into Action: Go beyond descriptive analytics. Your work will be focused on creating a feedback loop where AI models inform and execute actions that improve performance, such as adjusting ad spend, targeting specific customer segments, or recommending next-best actions for sales reps. • Uncover and Monetize Unique Insights: Use advanced analytics and AI techniques to discover hidden trends and patterns in our customer and campaign data. You'll identify new opportunities for sales promotions and marketing campaigns that have not yet been explored. • Architect Our Data-Driven Future: Work with our data engineering team to ensure our Microsoft Fabric data lakehouse is architected to support real-time data ingestion and high-performance AI model training and inference. • Collaborate and Communicate: Partner with marketing and sales leaders to understand their goals and challenges. You will not only provide insights but also act as a change agent, helping them adopt AI-driven strategies and understand the value of a data-first approach. What We're Looking For: • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks or Similar Platforms:You have a strong background (3 to 5 years) in data lakehouse architecture and are comfortable working with large, complex datasets. Experience with Microsoft Fabric is highly desirable. • AI/ML Expertise: You have a proven ability to build, train, and deploy machine learning and AI models. You are proficient in a programming language like Python or R and have experience with relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). • Strong Analytical and Statistical Skills: You are a critical thinker with a solid foundation in statistics and quantitative analysis. You can formulate and test hypotheses, and you understand the principles of A/B testing and experimental design. • Problem-Solving Mindset: You are passionate about using data to solve complex business problems. You thrive on the challenge of building systems that can learn and adapt to changing market conditions. • Communication Skills: You can clearly and persuasively communicate technical concepts and the business value of your work to both technical and non-technical audiences.
