Marketing Operations Manager (Hybrid)

Location: Morristown, New JerseyJob Type: PermanentCompensation Range: $100,000 - 125,000 per yearOur client is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to optimize our processes, tools, and data, ensuring seamless campaign execution, robust performance tracking, and continuous improvement.In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate closely with marketing teams and stakeholders across the company to enhance our operational capabilities. You'll be instrumental in translating data into actionable insights and fostering strategic alignment. Must be able to be onsite in New Jersey Responsibilities:Process Optimization: Manage the entire marketing planning cycle, including calendar coordination, campaign intake, and cross-functional workflows, to enhance efficiency and alignment across teams.Performance Measurement & Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, ROI, and lead flow, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.Financial & Compliance Oversight: Partner with finance and strategy teams to manage marketing budget tracking and reporting, while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory, brand, and data privacy standards in all campaign executions.Compliance & Governance: Ensuring all marketing activities adhere to regulatory, brand, and data privacy standards.Benefits:Medical (Cigna), Dental (Delta), and Vision (VSP).Aflac Voluntary Benefits.Life insurance and AD&D Insurance, with option to elect supplemental coverage.Employee Assistance Program.Short Term and Long Term Disability.HSA and FSA.401K with 100% match up to first 4%, then 50% match on the next 2% - max match of 5%.PTO inclusive of vacation, sick, personal, and holidays - prorated. Vacation will likely be 3 to 4 weeks total.Qualifications:Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.7+ years of experience in a marketing operations role preferably in the banking industry.Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
