Marketing Operations Email Specialist
About the position
Responsibilities
• Lead the execution of global email and notification campaigns.
• Manage the end-to-end process from intake to deployment.
• Champion experimentation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather requirements.
• Produce campaign performance reports and share actionable insights.
• Advance operational excellence by evolving workflows and maintaining best practices.
• Partner with data and engineering to enhance personalization and automation capabilities.
Requirements
• 6+ years of experience managing localized email campaigns for a global brand.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including technical and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with email marketing tools (e.g. Salesforce, Zeta Global, Braze).
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Javascript for email customization.
• Proficiency in querying and analyzing data using SQL on cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake.
• Solid understanding of audience segmentation, data workflows, and marketing automation.
• Demonstrated ability to design A/B tests, analyze campaign performance, and deliver actionable recommendations.
Nice-to-haves
• Ability to adapt to constant change and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Content Management Systems (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager).
• Experience with Tableau reporting.
• Fantastic time management skills with the ability to multi-task.

• Excellent team player.
• BA/BS — preference for degree in Computer Science, IT, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
