Marketing Operations Consultant - Eloqua
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. In this role, you will be managing complex marketing automation projects, designing and implementing workflow projects in Eloqua, and coordinating activities with internal and customer resources. The Marketing Operations Consultant will be the subject matter expert on marketing technology best practices and methodologies for the clients they support. Account Management: work with clients to manage their needs and expectations. Project Management: ability to track timelines and due dates for deliverables, reviews and approvals for campaign launches. Understand, customize and implement marketing operations processes, to include project requirements, tracking, budgeting and quality control. Project Reporting: Be able to present results in context to the client’s goals and suggest areas of improvement at various schedules. Client communication: work directly with client to ensure project completion and performance meet their standards and SLAs. Apply tot his job
