This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure and organization to a marketing and advertising environment. The Marketing Operations Assistant will focus on supporting internal processes, coordinating priorities, tracking analytics, and maintaining operational clarity across multiple ongoing projects.
While the company operates within a creative industry, this position is primarily operational and administrative rather than creative production. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with leadership to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Coordination
• Support internal workflows to ensure projects move forward on schedule
• Organize creative briefings and coordinate priorities with editing and production teams
• Maintain structured project pipelines for leadership visibility
• Track daily marketing analytics across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Shopify
• Update reporting systems and maintain accurate operational data
Social Media & Content Management
• Schedule pre-created content across social media platforms
• Assist with social listening by monitoring trends, engagement, and audience interactions
• Respond to messages and comments using established guidelines when required
• Help maintain consistency across social channels and brand presence
Administrative & Executive Support
• Assist with inbox organization and calendar coordination as needed
• Prepare updates and organize information for weekly internal meetings
• Maintain CRM organization and ensure contact records remain accurate
• Coordinate transcripts, recordings, and documentation from podcasts or internal content
Qualifications & Skills
Core Qualifications
• Previous experience supporting marketing teams, agencies, or fast-paced environments
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Comfortable working with analytics dashboards and marketing platforms
• Excellent written English and strong understanding of online communication culture
• Ability to prioritize tasks, follow structured processes, and execute consistently
Preferred Experience
• Experience in advertising, social media, or digital marketing environments
• Familiarity with CRM systems and workflow management tools
• Exposure to social listening or content scheduling workflows
