Marketing Lead, Brand and Product Marketing Manager -THREE

We are looking for a Marketing Lead who will serve as the Brand and Product Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities
• Become an expert on THREE’s product and positioning in comparison to standard small commercial insurance providers.
• Build a comprehensive understanding of the small commercial insurance landscape and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
• Establish and continually refine a customer feedback strategy using sales intelligence, surveys, and market research.
• Messaging and Content Direction:
• Shape and formalize THREE’s messaging framework, working closely with product sales, and customer service teams to align messaging and ensure it reflects customer needs and our unique product offering.
• Direct production of marketing content to support policyholder prospecting and ongoing agency partner engagement.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand and regulatory compliance standards.
• Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and advertising partners.
• Serve as the liaison between the sales, product, compliance, and external partners to ensure coordination and project execution.
• Track marketing projects to completion, enforcing transparency and accountability.

Qualifications
• 7-10 years of experience, preferably in B2B setting and/or with exposure to financial products or in other regulated industry.
• Capable of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating excellent organizational skills, clear communication, and diligent follow-up
• Evidence-based and data-driven, supported by a well-developed sense of tast and intuition to inform brand and content recommendations.
• Proficient in Excel, with a general understanding of digital marketing platforms and fundamental concepts.
• Adaptable and resourceful, able to take on varied responsibilities and thrive in a dynamic, scale-up environment.

In accordance with pay transparency laws and regulations, the following good faith compensation range estimate is being provided. The starting salary range for this position is $110,000 to $135,000 per year. Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
