Marketing & Graphic Designer Specialist
Position Summary:
The Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist will support all three M. Simon Zook companies in the areas of marketing communications, graphic design, and social media.
Essential Job Functions:
? Marketing ? Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our products and services, including content creation, campaign management, and performance analysis.
? Graphic Design ? Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, brochures, and advertisements.
? Social Media Management ? Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and others. This includes content creation, scheduling, engagement, and analytics.
? Company Communications ? Craft compelling and consistent messaging for internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, and corporate presentations.
? Brand Consistency ? Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with our brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
? Collaboration ? work closely with cross functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure marketing efforts supports overall business goals.
Job Requirements:
Education and Experience:
? An associate's degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or a related field is preferred.
? Proven experience in marketing, graphic design, and social media management.
? Proficiency in design software such as Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
? Strong Understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
? Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
? Experience with analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
