Key Responsibilities of the role:

• Lead and manage projects ranging from simple design requests to managing complex print-ready materials.


• Create impactful and engaging graphics for various marketing, including marketing landing pages, digital ads, email campaigns, booth designs, slide decks, social media posts, and website banners.


• Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales team to understand project requirements and ensure deliverables meet timelines, brand guidelines, and objectives.


• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and video production to enhance the company’s visual content strategy.


• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.


• 5 years in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful designs, preferably in-house for B2B brands or in a creative digital agency setting working on digital products.


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) and other relevant design and video editing software.


• Experience with Figma, and Google Apps.


• Able to multi-task on design projects with a tireless work ethic.


• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


• Ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and prioritize projects based on the business calendar.


• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Tech Industry Experience: Previous experience writing for tech products or services is a plus.


• Print Production: Experience in printer spec language and output, as well as working with outside print vendors and digital production.


• Video Production: Experience with video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production techniques.
