Join American Express Global Commercial Services as a Marketing Intern to develop creative strategies and collaborate across teams in a hybrid work environment. Your Role Key responsibilities include: • Develop compelling creative strategies tailored to commercial audiences to influence content development. • Derive insights from the competitive landscape and customer feedback and synthesize to develop data-driven recommendations. • Document marketing processes and backlogged opportunity areas and drive future prioritization. • Assist with ideation of marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and prospect growth. About You The company is looking for: • Bachelor’s degree candidates with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027. • Demonstrated interest in commercial payments and marketing. • Intellectual curiosity and desire to continually learn about the changing payments landscape and new technologies. • Ability to collaborate and build positive relationships with leaders, colleagues, and cross-functional partners to deliver value. • Strong project management skills and attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present ideas clearly and concisely. • Demonstrated resilience, ‘can do’ attitude, and optimism in changing circumstances. • Comfortable challenging the status quo and driving continuous process improvement. • Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the United States is required; no visa sponsorship provided.
