Marketing Fulfillment: Web Designer(WordPress) + PPC Manager needed

You must be highly skilled in WordPress design using DIVI — this is non-negotiable. If you can’t confidently build and edit custom layouts, service pages, and templates inside DIVI, this role isn’t for you. Alongside DIVI web design, you’ll manage PPC campaigns and fulfillment tasks. Starting part-time (20 hrs/week) with the potential to grow into full-time. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities): • Build and update WordPress websites using DIVI (templates, custom layouts, service pages). • Manage Google Ads & Facebook Ads campaigns (setup, optimization, reporting). • Create and send client performance reports (SEO, PPC, website metrics). • Assist in implementing marketing automations and workflows. • Execute assigned projects to completion — bringing value without hand-holding. • Ensure fulfillment tasks are done on time and with high quality. What We’re Looking For (Qualifications): • 5+ years WordPress design experience with DIVI (required). • Proven experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns. • Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals. • Solid eye for sales copywriting and website conversion. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. • Bonus: experience with automations, reporting tools, and CRM integrations. Compensation & Growth: • $25–$30/hr depending on experience. • Start part-time, with the opportunity to grow into full-time. • Potential to evolve into an Operator-level role (help run the company as we scale) Why Join Us?
