Marketing Specialist We are seeking a highly organised Marketing Specialist to manage and execute multiple targeted outbound campaigns across homeowners, real estate, builders, interior designers, and local industry sectors. The role includes email outreach, lead nurturing, data scraping, list building, and maintaining clean marketing databases. You will prepare campaign materials, create simple marketing assets, and build relationships with local partners. The ideal candidate has strong research and communication skills, experience in lead generation or marketing execution, proficiency with email marketing tools, and the ability to manage several campaigns at once while delivering consistent, brand-aligned messaging. Plan, execute, and optimise 5 rotating marketing campaigns across targeted segments (homeowners, real estate, builders, interior designers, local industry sectors). Conduct outbound marketing, including email outreach, follow-up sequences, campaign nurturing, and basic cold leads activation. Build and manage client's Proposal-type outreach frameworks, targeting local real estate professionals and referral partners. Prepare marketing proposals, pitch sheets, and campaign messaging aligned with our brand and offerings. Conduct data scraping to build high-quality, accurate lead lists for : Real estate agencies Builders / renovation companies Interior designers Local industry sectors High-value homeowner pockets Create simple but effective marketing assets such as : Flyers and brochures Email templates Social media posts Before / after project visuals Other roles specific duties as they arise.
