Executive & Calendar ManagementManage CMO’s calendar, priorities, and daily execution cadenceCoordinate cross-functional meetings and ensure alignmentPrepare agendas, capture action items, and enforce follow-upsAnticipate bottlenecks and proactively remove friction2. Team & Project CoordinationTrack marketing projects across departments (copy, creative, growth, product)Ensure deadlines are met and stakeholders are alignedMaintain dashboards and visibility into team KPIsAssist with hiring coordination and onboarding processes3. AI & Systems ImplementationLeverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, automation platforms, etc.) to streamline workflowsBuild SOPs and documentation using AIIdentify manual processes that can be automatedAssist in implementing low-code/no-code systems to reduce operational overhead4. Marketing Execution SupportAssist with campaign coordination (webinars, launches, email campaigns, ads)QA marketing assets before launchManage internal communication between copy, design, media buyers, and leadershipHelp coordinate reporting cycles and weekly performance reviews5.
