The Marketing Engagement Specialist at The Signatry will implement and maintain the strategies for data flow and personalized marketing automation for the people who have connected with The Signatry, as they move from Visitor to MQL.

Reporting to the Marketing Engagement Manager, the Marketing Engagement Specialist will work collaboratively with the other members of the Marketing team and with the Technology team

Primary Responsibilities
• Shepherd contacts in our CRM/marketing automation system through the lifecycle stages by deepening relationships through marketing automation
• Develop, manage, and deploy emails, forms, workflows, lead scores, personas, campaigns, lead journeys and any other marketing automation objects in the CRM/marketing automation system
• Periodically evaluate existing marketing automations and develop and implement strategies for revision
• Maintain segments and systems for all email subscription audiences
• Manage flow of data and permissions between the website, foundation system, and CRM/marketing automation system relative to internal and external marketing activities
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing Specialist to build and manage lead flows/automations from inbound campaigns and leverage advertising tools to assist in shepherding contacts through lifecycle stages
• Collaborate with content lead on messaging for all communication distributed through the CRM/marketing automation platform
• Other duties as assigned, in keeping with the role and the abilities of the individual

Key Qualifications and Skills
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field and a minimum of 1 year in full-time, professional marketing automation work.
• * Candidates without a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field will be considered with a minimum of 3 years in a full-time marketing role, including a minimum of 1 year in professional marketing automation work
• Previous experience working in a marketing automation system. Experience with Hubspot is a plus

• Excellent interpersonal, project management, and overall communication skills, including the ability to correspond professionally and be approachable
• Proactivity, adaptability, grace under pressure, a posture of continuous learning, and a solutions-focused approach to problem solving
• Demonstrated ability to manage a variety of tasks at once, seeing them through to completion
• Motivated to find innovative solutions to marketing problems
• An interest in and appreciation for analytics
• A critical eye for design that follows best practices is a plus
• Experience working as a remote employee is a plus

Work Location

This is a full-time, salary (exempt) remote position

Travel Expectations

3-4 multi-day trips per year

Pay Range

Starts at $60,000 annually
