You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and commercial teams across LATAM to uncover actionable insights that boost performance, optimize campaigns, and guide business strategy. What You’ll Be Doing Build & Manage Dashboards • Maintain and enhance dashboards in Looker to track key business metrics • Prepare regular reports and organize datasets for easy analysis • Enable teams to self-serve insights with clear and actionable visuals Analyze Performance Trends • Monitor traffic, conversion rates, revenue, AOV, and other KPIs • Identify the key drivers behind changes in business performance • Provide actionable recommendations to improve results Support Teams with Ad-Hoc Insights • Respond to quick-turn requests from marketing and product teams • Investigate funnel drop-offs, campaign performance, and retention trends • Communicate findings clearly in simple, actionable terms Ensure Data Accuracy & Quality • Validate data and reporting logic to maintain trust in insights • Keep KPI definitions and documentation up-to-date • Improve processes for reporting and self-service analytics Who You Are You are: ✔ Curious, detail-oriented, and obsessed with understanding why numbers move ✔ Comfortable translating complex data into simple, actionable insights ✔ Thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment ✔ Passionate about marketing, e-commerce, and performance-driven results ✔ Eager to grow your analytical skills and take ownership of your work Tools You’ll Use • Looker (primary dashboard & analytics tool) • Google Sheets / Excel • Mixpanel (nice-to-have) • Slack & team collaboration tools What We’re Looking For Required: • 2+ years as a Data Analyst or in a reporting role • Experience supporting marketing, e-commerce, or product teams • Proficiency with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) • Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills • Knowledge of marketing and e-commerce KPIs such as: • Conversion rate • Revenue • AOV • CAC / ROAS • LTV • Sessions • Customer retention • Funnel conversion • Cohort performance Nice to Have: • Mixpanel experience • Funnel or cohort analysis • Experience with Shopify or DTC brands • A/B testing or experimentation analysis Why You’ll Love This Role ✨ Your work will directly influence business decisions and growth ✨ Collaborate with global teams while working fully remotely anywhere in LATAM ✨ Grow your expertise in marketing analytics and e-commerce insights ✨ Enjoy a flexible, supportive, and growth-focused environment Benefits Competitive LATAM-market salary: $8 per hour starting salary Fully remote permanent work from home Performance & attendance bonuses Anniversary & referral bonuses Paid vacation & holidays Healthcare support Ready to turn data into action and make an impact?
