Marketing Director, Motorsports & Outdoor Group - Remote PositionReports to Managing Director, Motorsports & OutdoorAbout the Role:Bonnier's Motorsports & Outdoor Group is seeking a Marketing Director to lead integrated marketing efforts across a portfolio of leading consumer and trade events in the motorsports and outdoor categories. This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategic oversight with direct execution — driving attendance, exhibitor and sponsor lead generation, and brand growth through data-driven, omnichannel marketing strategies.The Ideal Candidate:Highly hands-on and execution-oriented, with strong attention to detailThrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentA strong cross-functional collaborator — comfortable working with sales, operations, and senior leadershipProductive and self-directed in a remote work environmentBackground in motorsports, outdoor, or enthusiast categories is a plusWhat You’ll Do:Event Marketing & Demand GenerationDevelop and execute omnichannel marketing plans to drive attendee, participant, exhibitor, and sponsor acquisition across all eventsDefine audience segments, campaign calendars, and KPIs — ensuring timely delivery of all marketing initiativesDrive ticket sales and attendance growth through paid, owned, and earned channelsBuild and manage audience segmentation strategies to grow datasets and expand reachCultivate partnerships with clubs, associations, and enthusiast groups to engage new participantsLeverage social media to build brand affinity and convert audiences into attendees and participantsPartner closely with sales and existing clients to support revenue generation through marketing-driven lead pipelinesOwn end-to-end campaign performance, including budget management, tracking, and reporting via Google AnalyticsDeliver regular pacing reports, attendance updates, and post-campaign insights to leadershipCreative, Content & Channel ExecutionLead creative development, including campaign themes, messaging frameworks, and asset productionExecute email marketing strategy, organic and paid social campaigns, and PR and media outreachBuild and maintain event websites and landing pagesDevelop strategic partnerships to expand brand reach and audienceProduce video content and drive community engagement initiativesMaintain a centralized asset library for marketing and sponsorship executionsSales Enablement & Sponsor FulfillmentDevelop and maintain sales collateral, media kits, sponsorship decks, and post-event reportsEquip sales teams with marketing-driven insights and materials to support exhibitor and sponsor revenueEnsure full execution and fulfillment of all sponsorship deliverablesPost-Event Analysis & OptimizationLead post-event analysis, including attendee and exhibitor surveys and campaign performance reviewsTranslate insights into actionable strategies to improve future events, support exhibitor renewals, and identify new business opportunitiesAbout You:7+ years of experience in consumer marketing or experiential event marketingProven track record driving event attendance growth and B2B lead generationExperience managing integrated campaigns across multiple channelsStrong expertise in digital marketing — paid media, social, email, and webProficiency in marketing analytics and performance trackingHands-on experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint proficiency required); graphic design skills a plusAbout Bonnier:Bonnier is an outdoor adventure company that fuels passion for big-game fishing, motorsports, and hunting.
