This strategic leadership role will drive demand among target prospects, deepen utilization of existing products and support key recruitment and retention goals. Youâll lead cross-functional initiatives in partnership with Customer Success, Provider Sales, Product and Content & Creative teams to deliver high-impact campaigns and communications. As a senior leader, you will set direction for provider marketing and communication strategies, guide campaign and content marketing planning across multiple audience segments, develop sales enablement strategies and help define best practices in provider marketing at scale. What You'll Do:Define and lead the execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness of and interest in PatientPoint among key verticals Work closely with Customer Success to develop retention strategies that include ongoing customer communications, account management support and onboarding and training materialsGuide the creation of thought leadership content to elevate PatientPointâs reputation in the healthcare provider space Evaluate and implement marketing technology and process improvements to increase team efficiency and campaign performance Develop and execute sales enablement strategies, including creation of messaging frameworks, collateral and tools that empower sales teams to effectively position solutions and accelerate the buyer journeyAct as a senior advisor and strategic partner to internal stakeholders, providing marketing insights that influence engagement strategiesMentor and guide junior marketers and cross-functional partners to elevate campaign execution and messaging consistency Contribute to annual planning and budgeting processes, including setting marketing KPIs and tracking ROI What We Need:7+ years of direct experience in marketing or communications within a healthcare settingProven success in leading multi-channel marketing strategies targeting healthcare professionalsStrong track record of developing campaigns that drive engagement, adoption and retentionExceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organizationDeep understanding of marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, etc) and campaign analytics Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives from strategy to executionBachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or related fieldDeep knowledge of the healthcare industry and provider landscape Base Salary Band: $92,000.00 to $146,000.00Compensation: At PatientPoint, we are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry standards.
