The Marketing Director is a hands on leadership role responsible for overseeing, managing and developing marketing activities across the organization. This role collaboratively works with senior executives and department leaders to develop strategic growth plans for the organization with internal and external audiences. The Marketing Director will promote the brand and its services through messaging, communication, and digital media. Essential responsibilities and tasks of the Accounting Manager are: • Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies & campaigns for the organization • Managing & creating all websites, landing pages, and media presence to accurately represent message and services to build brand recognition and reputation. Maintaining hosting/domains management • Build & maintain form automation using Jotform to improve processes & data collection • Maintain and update collateral library using tools/server to distribute and manage content • Manage & update intranet, forms, advisor access pages • Maintain independent websites, branding, collateral as needed • Create corporate marketing assets from concept to final product (presentations, brochures, ads, press releases, and all Level Four marketing material) • Create web campaigns including email blasts, landing pages, newsletters as well as other external functions with list building, lead generation etc. • Content creation/copywriting in collaboration with other headquarters staff and advisors including but not limited to articles, one pagers, ads, press releases, biographies • Manage social media accounts and publish content • Facilitate webinar recording/production, film/edit video & take/edit headshots • Additional duties as required Successful Accounting Manager candidates will have: Required • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in Corporate marketing/design role • Expertise in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Excel • Commercial print formatting • Experienced with Wordpress, HTML, email deployment systems (constant contact & campaigner) • Social Media Marketing – Facebook and LinkedIn • Demonstrated skills in writing, proofreading, and message development • Strong technological background to assist and implement new marketing related systems and software Preferred • Experience working with a Financial and/or Insurance firm, or experience with a firm providing a service offering • Understanding of brand marketing & defining value • Ability to develop ideas and perform related tasks with minor director or supervision using existing resources • SEO experience is a plus Powered by JazzHR PI192688803 Expected salary: Location: Dallas, TX Job date: Thu, 29 Sep 2022 04:41:24 GMT Apply for the job now!
