This is a remote position.
A boutique organisational consulting and leadership transformation practice is seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Marketing & CRM Support professional for around 5 hours per week initially, to assist with content creation and lead management.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Create, refine, and post high-quality content on LinkedIn and other social media platforms
ā¢ Use AI tools effectively and responsibly to support content development
ā¢ Maintain and update the CRM (HubSpot or similar), ensuring accurate lead and contact records
ā¢ Follow up telephonically with inbound leads in a professional and engaging manner
ā¢ Support basic marketing and business development activities
Requirements
ā¢ Excellent command of English with a strong understanding of grammar and tone
ā¢ Proven experience using a CRM system (HubSpot or similar)
ā¢ Confidence in using AI tools for content creation and optimisation
ā¢ Strong verbal communication skills and professional telephone manner
ā¢ High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to engage authentically with clients
ā¢ Genuine interest in organisational consulting, leadership, and transformation work
