Marketing Coordinator - Content Creation ~ Englewood

The Marketing Coordinator for Content Creation will manage social media presence, develop content strategies, and engage with the online community to enhance brand awareness. Responsibilities Managing incoming content from communities for organic posting across dozens of accounts on multiple social platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc Help develop content strategies and create social buzz Set social media content calendar for the quarter ahead for each platform Create social media graphics and captions within brand standards Curate/publish original quality content with regular cadence on social media accounts to drive brand awareness and grow engagement, including joint creation with video production Occasionally travel to communities to capture special event content Moderate and respond to user-generated content in line with MorningStar policy Train/mentor community teams on weekly submissions to maintain a cohesive social strategy; encourage participation with responsive and courteous helps, leveling up the quality and variety of submissions Leverage the advantages of social media promotions/contests, influencer marketing campaigns, social media audits, infographics, hashtags, memes, Facebook Live Stay current with trends in social/online culture and the senior living industry; Apply new technologies and best practices in social media Build strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, social SEO, and audience identification to grow our following While paid and boosted social campaigns are the responsibility of our digital agency, this role will work with such third-party marketing partners as necessary Set quantifiable annual goals for each platform; define, measure, and evaluate relevant social KPIs and ROI Create monthly social media performance reports that track community submissions and key metrics against goals, shifting strategy accordingly Strategize blog content with writers from agencies to increase blog readership through social media engagement Write Superfood of the Month blog for website Skills Associate's or Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, New Media, Graphic Design, preferred 0-1 years of social media and content creation experience or relevant internship, including experience with content management tools Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or an eye for design principles Strong copywriting skills in a style conducive to social media with a sensitivity to senior issues, spiritual and philanthropic themes Benefits Health Insurance offerings such as medical, dental, and vision insurance Other Insurance offerings such as life, disability, accident, and critical illness insurance 401k plan with matching HSA options Employee assistance programs Paid sick, vacation and birthday!
