Position could be fully remote if the right candidate was found.. Project will be between 3 and 6 months.
Temporary Project Manager/ Coordinator –
Pat time only, up to 10 hours a week. Hours can be flexible, but they need to remain at a consistent time. For example, Mon - Fri, 1 PM - 3 PM.
High Level Responsibilities:
• Workfront System Project Management
• Set up new templated projects, timelines, status updates
• Project update calls with Design/Copy/Video
• Post proofs for freelancers / update freelance projects
• Update project schedules/ timelines to balance team schedule
Workfront is our project management tool and we are seeking a candidate with previous Workfront experience so they are able to quickly onboard and support our team.. Other temp positions similar to current support needs have been researched and job descriptions are in the links below, though our needs are more administrative than the examples.
