Marketing & Content Specialist (Remote)
We're seeking a highly skilled and creative Marketing & Content Specialist to join our team and play a key role in building a scalable marketing engine. As a Marketing & Content Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives growth, engagement, and sales.
This is a remote, flexible-hour position with a competitive salary of $500/month and opportunities for growth. Please note that you must be open to traveling within 6-12 months as part of your role.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow our social media presence on Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Write compelling ad copy and design basic visuals using tools like Canva
Launch and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and other platforms
Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, CapCut AI, Midjourney) to streamline content production
Track and report on ad and content performance on a weekly basis
Document marketing tasks to create a repeatable system
Collaborate with our founder to test and refine our growth engine
Ideal Candidate:
Creates content that builds trust and drives sales
Exceptional writing, editing, and design skills
Fluent in both Arabic and English
Highly organized, fast, and detail-oriented
Proven experience in running social media pages and ad campaigns
Passionate about testing and improving systems
Open to traveling and working abroad in 6-12 months
Bonus Points:
Familiarity with B2C, startups, or business services
Interest in entrepreneurship or digital businesses
Ability to shoot and edit simple videos or guide others in doing so
