This role involves ensuring adherence to regulations for the gaming industry and guiding marketing teams to ensure compliance for customer-facing materials.ResponsibilitiesAdding all advertising materials made by internal or external creative teams to the North America Asset LibraryTracking and monitoring advertising flight dates in the North America Asset LibraryPeriodically exporting and organizing all advertising materials into the team driveAssisting in the process of submitting assets for approval prior to marketing campaigns going liveEnsuring all assets have been through the necessary compliance procedures prior to going liveConsulting with internal teams to provide feedback and direction from regulatorsMaintaining records of the most up to date disclaimers for offers and Responsible GamingMonitoring competitor disclaimers for opportunities to adjust bet365 disclaimersAssisting in the review of marketing assets in feedback sessions through a compliance lensAssisting in consulting with the external creative agency to offer guidance on creative through a compliance lensGathering requested information and assets to fulfill audits requested by regulatorsLeading internal audit processes to check for correct disclaimers and identify areas that require updates to remain compliant with any regulations/regulation updatesContinuing to build and refine all internal compliance processes prioritizing strong record keeping and efficiencyDocumenting all compliance procedures and communications from regulatorsHelping maintain marketing guides for each state/provinceSkillsPrevious experience in an administrative role or in project managementHigh level of detail orientation and strong organizational skillsPrevious experience with building and managing processes for large teams is a plusStrong verbal and written communication skills for consulting with internal teams, external agencies, and regulatorsCompany OverviewBet365 is an online gambling company that offers comprehensive in-play services for its clients.
