Marketing Campaign Operations Manager: 26-00681

Location: Remote
Pay Range: $60 - $65 per hour on W2
Job Summary:
This role entails the execution of impactful demand generation, market awareness, and sales acceleration programs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with multiple stakeholders within the organization and manage external agency relationships to enhance marketing automation and campaigns’ effectiveness. The role focuses on leveraging tools like Eloqua and Salesforce to optimize our marketing operations and contribute to the analysis and measurement of campaign success against revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for Marketing Shared Service requests, including email communications, campaign uploads, and landing page creation.
• Execute and manage marketing campaigns in Eloqua, oversee data management initiatives, and maintain campaign data hygiene.
• Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, including budgeting, SOWs, and spend tracking.
• Optimize lead management processes across marketing channels and maintain accurate Marketing KPI reporting.
• Evaluate and enhance the Marketing Technology stack for effectiveness and integration improvements.
Must-Have Skills:
• Proficiency in Eloqua
• Experience with BI Reporting/ Tableau
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration experience
Industry Experience:
Prior experience in marketing operations within a technology or related sector is preferable.
