The Senior Associate – Marketing Automation is responsible for the implementation and delivery of Protective’s campaign journeys designed to build awareness, generate leads and drive sales for Protective. This individual should have a firm grasp of marketing principles and automation tools that will enable the effective delivery of campaign journeys. They will be responsible for identifying and acting on opportunities to influence marketing strategy as well as gathering and interpreting business requirements from multiple sources and making recommendations for executing successful campaigns. ***This role will be titled Sr Associate Adv/Mkt within our organization.**ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute complex automated campaigns in Eloqua and other platforms based on campaign briefs and media plansIncorporate targeting, personalization, segmentation and dynamic content to achieve optimal campaign outcomesOptimize email performance through A/B testingEnsure error-free campaign implementation with consistent QC (quality control) processes and testing for all email deploymentsUtilize creative assets to create multi-channel campaigns, and ensure the right creative assets are delivered at the right time to the right people with all personalized elements programmed correctly Collaborates with key partners to build journeys and interactions that align with campaign strategy and drive engagement and leadsMonitor KPIs and evaluate campaign metrics to make recommendations to optimize campaign journeys to create efficiencies and improve overall performanceIntegrate marketing automation with CRM platforms to ensure a seamless flow of dataSchedule release and initiates go-live across channels upon campaign approvalImplement campaign automation and develop seamless integration across channels / platformsCollaborate with and leverage third-party agencies in the execution of campaignsEvaluate and leverage emerging technology and vendor support to improve campaign performanceStay updated on industry trends and best practices in campaign automation participating in educational opportunities Assist with the development of training resources for new and existing users on the Marketing Automation platform and related processesCreate and maintain supporting technical documents pertaining to platform and processQualifications/EducationBachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline5+ years of marketing experience managing complex multimedia campaigns in the financial services industry Expert in the use of Eloqua and other marketing automation platformsEloqua Oracle Marketing Cloud Certified preferred Proficient in HTML and CSSStrong understanding of compliance, legal and regulatory requirements impacting media and the collection and use of dataHighly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising marketing journeys that engage, inform, and motivateAgility, sense of urgency, ability to resolve issues with limited supervisionDemonstrate ability to multi-task, prioritize and effectively manage within a deadline-driven and complex environmentExcellent communication, writing and presentation skillsStrong analytical skills with the ability to provide data-driven strategic recommendationsAble to independently identify opportunities and implement initiatives without directionAbility to build trust and strong working relationships with stakeholders and vendors Professionally driven to learn more about the business lines we serve and grow knowledge and capabilities within the organization and industry Employee Benefits:We aim to protect the wellbeing of our employees and their families with a broad benefits offering.
