You’re not just supporting a sales or marketing team, you’re making their work smarter, faster, and more powerful. While others are stuck doing manual work, your automations are running in the background, connecting systems, enriching data, and giving the team exactly what they need to close deals and scale impact. Every workflow you build makes something smoother. Every process you automate saves time and unlocks growth. Your work becomes the quiet force that keeps the GTM machine moving forward. As a GTM Specialist, you’ll help design, build, and maintain our go-to-market automation stack. You’ll work with tools like Clay, Make.com, Apify, and Zapier to create seamless workflows that drive revenue operations and accelerate results. What Your Days Might Look Like: • Build and refine advanced workflows in Clay.com to automate prospecting, enrichment, segmentation, and outreach. • Integrate and manage Make.com (or Zapier), Apify, ZenRows, and other GTM tools to connect sales and marketing operations. • Set up waterfall enrichment, intent signals, and campaign automations that expand data coverage and boost engagement. • Test, monitor, and troubleshoot automations to ensure everything runs smoothly. • Document processes and best practices for scale, handoffs, and collaboration. • Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to turn GTM strategies into efficient, automated systems. Who We Think Will Thrive in This Role: • You have deep hands-on experience with Clay.com, including enrichment recipes, formulas, and advanced logic. • You’ve worked with automation tools like Make.com (or Zapier), Apify, and ZenRows to manage multi-step workflows. • You’re analytical and love turning strategy into structured, scalable processes. • You’re organized, documentation-driven, and proactive in solving problems. • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating with multiple teams. • Bonus points if you have B2B marketing experience or familiarity with staffing and recruiting. • You are willing to work in a U.S. time zone schedule. • You can secure the required technical setup, including: • At least a 720p HD webcam • A noise-canceling headset • A primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps • A backup laptop, backup internet device, and backup power source • A main computer with at least Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) and 8 GB RAM • A backup computer with at least Intel Core i3 and 4 GB RAM Why ClearDesk?
