• Strong writing and content creation skills, with a portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility
• Experience with social media management and engagement strategies
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus
• Ability to analyze data and optimize marketing efforts based on performance insights
Responsibilities
• Develop and manage engaging social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
• Write blog articles, whitepapers, case studies, and other thought leadership content
• Collaborate with leadership to refine and implement strategic marketing plans
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing materials and channels
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing initiatives
• Identify and coordinate marketing opportunities, including meetups, conferences, and networking events
• Develop marketing collateral and resources to support the sales team
• Assist in creating visually compelling graphics for marketing materials (preferred, not required)
Qualifications
• 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, mortgage, or financial services
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
