Marketing Assistant Director/Creative Director
St. Charles Community College seeks a full-time Creative Director to develop and produce visual content for various advertising, promotions, and publications.Key Responsibilities:Design and create artwork for print, web, and electronic media using professional-level computer software.Manage projects in a multi-faceted environment, organizing and producing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and logos.Prioritize knowledge of photography, photo manipulation, and video production.Photograph college events and people, utilizing studio lighting and advanced digital SLR cameras.Optimize electronic files for output and access information from computer art files.Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Department to produce and update marketing tools.Provide high-quality service to internal clients and work with outside vendors to achieve best results.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, communication, or related field preferred.Ten years of full-time experience in computer graphics, including extensive use of Adobe Creative Suite.Familiarity with Apple computer systems and peripherals, Pantone color guides, and conventional art/drafting tools.Knowledge of trapping spot colors, image resolution, and half-toning of images.St. Charles Community College is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
