Marketing and Social Media Specialist
Overview
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and promote our brand across various platforms. Duties
ā¢ Develop and execute social media content plans that align with marketing goals.
ā¢ Manage Website, upload new items and update current items to be sold online
ā¢ Manage social media accounts using platforms like Hootsuite to schedule posts and monitor engagement.
ā¢ Conduct research to identify trends in the industry and audience preferences.
ā¢ Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media strategies with broader digital marketing campaigns.
ā¢ Optimize content for SEO to increase visibility and drive traffic to our web properties.
ā¢ Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media initiatives.
ā¢ Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices in e-commerce.
Qualifications
ā¢ Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
ā¢ Strong skills in content creation, including graphic design experience with Adobe Illustrator.
ā¢ Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or similar platforms.
ā¢ Knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content.
ā¢ Excellent research skills to stay informed about industry trends and audience behavior.
ā¢ Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
ā¢ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
