The Marketing Analyst will play a key part in transforming complex marketing data into actionable insights and clear narratives that drive revenue and inform high-level business decisions. The Impact you’ll make Analytics Dashboard Management Build and maintain dashboards in GA4, Looker Studio, and related analytics tools. Ensure dashboards are accurate, up-to-date, and tailored to business objectives. Monitor and troubleshoot any data discrepancies or tracking issues. Insight Generation & Reporting Analyze marketing data, identify trends, and diagnose KPI shifts across channels. Prepare clear, actionable reports that provide strategic recommendations—not just raw data. Create compelling data narratives to support decision-making for multiple stakeholders. Cross-Team Coordination Collaborate with SEO, paid ads, and development teams to translate data findings into operational actions. Facilitate communication and task tracking for analytics-related projects. Ensure alignment and clarity on data-driven priorities. Tracking Infrastructure Support Support the setup and ongoing maintenance of GTM and conversion tracking systems. Ensure analytics infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and meets evolving business needs. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Required: Hands-on experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and Google Sheets in a marketing analytics context. Proven record of preparing insightful marketing reports and dashboards (not just data entry). Experience coordinating projects or workflows across multiple teams (e.g., SEO, paid ads, developers). Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Prior work in a fast-paced, agency, or digital marketing environment.
