Responsibilities
⢠Meets agent marketing needs via solutions achieved through collaboration with campaign and functional teams, Enterprise Technology, marketing technology companies, fulfillment vendors, and media agencies.
⢠Coordinates products and product details with campaign and functional teams to be offered on platform and executes on platform.
⢠Maintains relationship with numerous vendors in ordering and fulfillment.
⢠Maintain platform quality and user experience through platform vendor relations.
⢠Research campaign and/or agent questions to answer 'why' and 'how' technology solutions can affect platform adoption and business results.
⢠Maintain governance and budget responsibility for assigned areas.
⢠Provide subject matter expertise in targeting, tracking, and measurement related to commerce platform performance and product sales.
⢠Collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve objectives.
⢠Stay updated on industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation.
⢠Proactively seek ways to enhance efficiency and consistency in work processes.
⢠Manage multiple large projects that impact the entire enterprise.
Requirements
⢠Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technology, Communications, Business or a related field is preferred.
⢠A minimum of 3+ years of Marketing, eCommerce, or Analytics experience preferred.
⢠Demonstrates project coordination skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple work assignments.
⢠Experience in print material design and fulfillment a plus.
⢠Experience with HTML a plus.
⢠Experience working with and/or building an ecommerce platform or solution a plus.
⢠Experience in local or corporate marketing practices a plus.
⢠Experience with ECRM and State Farm agent-office environment a plus.
⢠Possesses working knowledge of product, distribution channel, and customer lens for area of responsibility.
⢠Proactively identifies problems/opportunities and determines solutions.
⢠Manages multiple or complex projects while effectively utilizing project management tools and processes.
⢠Demonstrates change agility and champions continuous improvement initiatives.
⢠Has broad-based knowledge of company products/services, marketing strategies, and competitive environment.
⢠Applies strategic business focus in all aspects of work.
⢠Prioritizes and aligns project / initiative work based upon analysis of business needs.

⢠Potential starting salary range: $78,081.25 - $99,540.63.
⢠Potential yearly incentive pay up to 15% of base salary.
