Job Overview We are looking for a Research Manager (RM) or Associate Director (AD) to join our market research team. KMK is currently mapping out its strategy for integrating the offerings of its business units and developing holistic approaches for our client"s business questions, so it"s an exciting time to join and be part of the creation of the strategy. Reporting into the business unit lead, this individual will be responsible for leading the day-to-day activities of current projects and coaching and mentoring juniors in the US and in our offshore India team. They will be involved with proposal writing and managing qual and quant projects from start to finish through design, fieldwork, analysis and presentation. They should have a strong background of hands on research in terms of design and presentation creation. They will guide, train and coach juniors and will have line management responsibilities. Ideally this individual will have qualitative and quantitative experience in primary market research and is comfortable moderating interviews, but we would also entertain candidate who only have experience in qual or quant.
