About the Opportunity
UAL Online is launching a suite of new degree courses starting from the 2025/26 academic year, and we need a skilled Market Research Analyst to help us make informed decisions. You'll work on projects influencing course portfolio development, performance assessment, and market opportunities. This is a unique chance to shape the role and its activities to your experiences and capabilities.
Responsibilities
Source information and assist with online survey projects to inform reports and identify market opportunities
Undertake qualitative and/or quantitative research and report on findings in various formats
Develop and maintain knowledge of Higher Education and online education trends
Collaborate with colleagues to drive data-driven decision-making
Shape the Market Insight, Data and Analytics function and contribute to its growth
Requirements
Experience in undertaking qualitative and/or quantitative research and reporting on findings
Desk research experience is essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong numeracy and data analysis skills
Excellent organisation and project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple long projects simultaneously
