a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb;}tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6;}tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5;}The Market Prominence & Enrollment Enablement Lead will support the rollout and adoption of an enrollment solution and CRM Lite platform, serving as a bridge between system configuration, business workflows, and end‑user training. This role will help configure elements of the solution, define user roles, document workflows, and develop training materials to ensure staff are successfully onboarded and productive in their day‑to‑day work.
Role Responsibilities
• Support configuration of the enrollment solution, including CRM Lite components, in preparation for transition to a Salesforce‑based solution
• Assist with pre‑work activities required for Salesforce replacement, including data understanding, process mapping, and user readiness

• Document current and future‑state workflows tied to enrollment, member management, and reconciliation activities
• Partner with stakeholders to simplify and standardize workflows to make the system more user‑friendly
• Translate business processes into system‑aligned workflows that reflect how staff perform their jobs

Required Skills/Experience
• 2+ Years experience supporting system implementations, CRM platforms, or enrollment solutions
• 2+ years hands‑on experience with training development and delivery for business users
• High School Diploma/GED
Preferences
• Familiarity with CRM Lite environments or Salesforce‑adjacent implementations
• Experience supporting enrollment, member management, or reconciliation processes
• Background in healthcare, benefits administration, or regulated operational environments
• Experience working in short‑term, delivery‑focused project roles
