You will:

Flat commission per property that goes Live:
Company-Provided Leads
• 1–2 BR: $1,750
• 3–4 BR: $2,750
• 5+ BR: $4,000
Self-Generated Business
• 1–2 BR: $2,750
• 3–4 BR: $4,000
• 5+ BR: $6,000
Monthly production bonuses:
• 3 units/month: +$2,000
• 4 units/month: +$4,000
• 5+ units/month: +$7,500
Annual bonus begins at 36 properties:
• 36 units: +$15,000
• 42 units: +$25,000
• 50+ units: +$40,000
No cap on earnings.
