With our innovative prosthetic, bracing and neuro solutions, we strive to be the global leader in non-invasive orthopedics.Your RoleAs Market Access Specialist Eastern Europe, you will develop and execute market access strategies that secure optimal reimbursement for our full portfolio across the region. This includes pricing, local portfolio decisions, performance monitoring, and the creation of concepts and services that meet payer and reimbursement requirements.You will build strong market knowledge—focusing on trends, dynamics, and local health system developments—and use this to identify business opportunities in prosthetics, bracing, and neuro. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Strategy/Service and selected global interfaces, you will support the execution of strategic goals within Eastern Europe.The role is part of the Market Access Team Central Europe, with geographical focus on Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Croatia, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Romania.You will be based in Szczecin, and the position includes 25–50% travel across the region.Your AccountabilitiesCreate and implement market access strategies for the complete Össur portfolio across the Eastern European region.Assess and analyze healthcare systems, reimbursement environments, payer requirements, and relevant regulations.Collect, interpret, and present market intelligence to support product portfolio management, pricing decisions, and concept development.Act as the Voice of the Customer by understanding local structures and identifying needs, trends, and market dynamics.Identify, evaluate, and prioritize business opportunities for existing and new products, concepts, and services.Develop and support market-specific sales tools and solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, policymakers, clinical partners, and advocacy groups.Provide recommendations on local portfolio needs and support commercialization strategies based on market access insights.Your ProfileStrong understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement pathways, and payer landscapes in Eastern Europe.Strategic thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and cultures.Experience working independently within an international team.Conceptual and analytical thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or comparable experience).Languages (Required): Fluent English and either Polish or Czech.Languages (Preferred): German or additional Eastern European languages.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (e.g., market access, health economics, reimbursement, medical devices, pharma).
