Consults with leadership team to set medium- to long-term strategic direction and operating plans for a large sized manufacturing operation.
Develops business strategies and creates solutions for complex and multi-faceted problems.
Ensures products are manufactured on schedule, and within quality standards and cost objectives.
Implements manufacturing standards and defines guidelines for assigned area(s). Plans, organizes, and directs all manufacturing activities and policies.

Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
Ten (10) years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Five (5) years of manufacturing operations leadership in a private, public, government or military environment
Current, valid Driver’s License.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Master's degree in Science or business related field, from an accredited institution
Seven (7) years of manufacturing leadership in a private, public, government or military environment
Skills include:

Project/Plan Implementation Management
Change management implementation
