Manufacturing Helper - Entry Level Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Helper at our Hexacomb division in Arlington, TX. Compensation: Competitive salary ($19.45/hour) with differential pay for 2nd and 3rd shifts

Job Summary:
We are looking for a team player who is committed to working safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment. As a Manufacturing Helper, you will be responsible for feeding material into machines, stacking finished product, glue/assembly of paper products, banding pallets, and shrink-wrapping for shipment. You will also be expected to work closely with other production personnel to identify opportunities for improving safety and productivity.
Responsibilities:
Work safely and follow company rules to maintain a safe workplace
Feed material into machines, stack finished product, and perform other tasks as assigned
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized shop environment, following 5S Standards
Collaborate with other team members to increase productivity and reduce downtime and waste
Follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures
Requirements:
High School Graduate or GED
Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug test
Must be able to stand, stoop, and bend, and lift up to 30 lbs. for extended periods
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment
Machine operator experience
Forklift experience
Knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Access
