Manual QA Engineer (UAT-Focused)

Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) end-to-end, acting as the quality gate to ensure releases meet client expectations and business goals.Translate complex business and client requirements into clear, structured UAT strategies, scenarios, and test cases aligned with real client workflows.Lead validation across multiple enterprise user personas, roles, and permission models, ensuring coverage of real-world usage.Execute and oversee end-to-end manual testing across staging, UAT, and production, supporting deployments and minimizing client impact.Be able to do investigation and defect analysis, producing clear, client-ready documentation, including test reports, defect summaries, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Qualifications (Must Have)
Strong experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), especially client end-to-end testing.Excellent written English skills, with the ability to explain issues, test results, and instructions clearly and simply to clients.1–3 years of experience in QA / UAT / Software Testing roles.Ability to quickly understand complex products in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to think from a clients perspective.Proven experience testing enterprise-level or B2B products
Good to Have
Ability to execute UI, functional, sanity, smoke, usability, and API testing using tools such as Postman and Swagger.Experience working closely with business teams, founders, or clients.Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.
