Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manhattan Active Specialist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Manhattan Active Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing the Manhattan Active supply chain software for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and develop customized solutions using the Manhattan Active software
- Conduct system analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements
- Configure and customize the Manhattan Active software to meet client needs
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of the software to ensure optimal performance
- Provide training and support to clients on the use of the Manhattan Active software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of the software
- Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and developments in the Manhattan Active software and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Act as a subject matter expert for the Manhattan Active software and provide guidance and support to team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing and optimizing the Manhattan Active software
- Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing the Manhattan Active software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
