This role is a critical driver of Pattern’s continued success in Europe and will report directly to our Chief International Officer. The ideal candidate brings proven experience managing P&L, operations, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, international ecommerce environment. This includes ensuring customer satisfaction, managing financial performance, overseeing fulfillment and logistics, and leading a cross-functional team. You will be accountable for executing business strategies that enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and partner value in the Europe market. This is a full-time role and will work in Pattern’s office in Soho, London. What is a day in the life of a Managing Director, Europe? Lead Pattern’s ecommerce operations in EuropeOwn and manage the P&L for the regionEnsure fulfillment and logistics operations meet service-level agreements (SLAs)Partner with global and regional leadership to align business strategiesLead and mentor the European team to drive performance and engagementIdentify and execute growth and partnership opportunities in the European marketEnsure the highest levels of operational efficiency and effectiveness across all ecommerce activitiesEnsure compliance with internal policies and local regulationsChampion a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement What will I need to thrive in this role? Bachelor’s degree or aboveMinimum 10 years of management experience (experience in a European company preferred)Strong track record of P&L ownership and decision-making in ecommerce or logisticsProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage customer relationshipsStrong communication and executive presenceAnalytical mindset with a creative, problem-solving approachHigh adaptability and comfort in a fast-moving environment Additional Information What is the team like?You will report to the Chief International Officer.
