Manager, Wedding Content Creators

Sound Originals Photo & Video is one of the top wedding studios in the country. We're searching for a dynamic individual to join our team as the manager of our Content Creators. This is a brand new product we're rolling out in 30+ markets. You'll be at the ground floor of an exciting opportunity! Wedding Content Creators are hugely popular -- and you'll be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and managing Content Creators in our markets, and overseeing the roll-out of this exciting new division so couples can hire Content Creators alongside photographers and videographers from our team!

Responsibilities

Develop overall hiring pipeline for freelance content creators in 30+ markets

Review applications for freelance content creators

Interview applicants and negotiate contracts

Oversee onboarding and training

Develop process for planning and communication with content creators in advance of weddings

Develop process for editing and delivery of wedding content

Oversee the entire... program from recruiting, hiring, onboarding, assignment, production and delivery of wedding content so our wedding clients are satisfied

Qualifications

Must have extensive experience with social media and content creation

Existing network of freelance creators

Experience recruiting and managing a team of freelancers

Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit

Pay: From $49,000.00 per year
