Key Responsibilities: Leading Vulnerability Management Efforts As Manager, Vulnerability Management, you'll be responsible for overseeing a high-performing team focused on reducing attack surface in the Delta environment. Your expertise will be crucial in partnering with IT infrastructure and application teams across the organization to embed a risk-based approach to vulnerability management into their daily work. Here's what you'll be doing: Lead a team in executing accurate, comprehensive, and actionable reporting around proper configuration, timely patching, and reduction of vulnerabilities across multiple technology types. Develop, communicate, and execute a long-term strategic plan around vulnerability management, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk management priorities. Collaborate with risk management teams to develop consistent and actionable risk ratings, using these across multiple technologies to create risk-based, actionable remediation requirements. Design, maintain, and support a vulnerability management program that includes regular scans and assessments of the organization's systems, network, and applications to identify security vulnerabilities. Improve and mature vulnerability reporting to key stakeholders, driving remediation efforts by clearly articulating and prioritizing risk and impact to convey the urgency and need to remediate vulnerabilities commensurate with the risk they present. Work closely with various stakeholders, including IT, security, development, and business teams, to raise awareness and promote best practices in vulnerability management. Enhance reporting maturity through automation, consolidation, and other techniques as necessary, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards related to vulnerability management. Manage and maintain all vulnerability management and reporting tools, driving continuous improvement efforts, efficiency improvements, and periodic deep dives into tools and processes to evaluate fit for use. Track and report key risk indicators and key performance indicators to leadership and stakeholders on a regular basis, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. Effectively communicate technical issues to non-technical leaders, ensuring seamless collaboration and informed decision-making. Build and lead a highly motivated and result-oriented team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. What You Need to Succeed: Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you'll need: A strong understanding of vulnerabilities, contextual risk, and remediating vulnerabilities at scale in a fast-paced environment. Significant experience in enterprise vulnerability assessment and reporting tools, such as Qualys, Tenable, or Kenna Security. Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, risk management, or a related field, with at least 3+ years of experience in a leadership role. Experience with remediating threats and vulnerabilities on-prem and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead and mentor direct reports and colleagues. A demonstrated understanding of formulating strategies, alternatives, and recommendations in information security. A strong sense of urgency and ownership, with a consistent focus on prioritizing safety and security. Embracing diverse people, thinking, and styles, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment. A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency, with authorization to work in the United States.
