Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Provide guidance and feedback on design work, interpersonal dynamics, and career growth to team members.
Develop trusted relationships with product teams and gain a deep understanding of the product spaces you support.
Attend product and UX meetings related to your areas of responsibility.
Review design work and contribute to design discussions.
Present design work, visions, and findings to leadership and coach team members.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of content designers to create simple and intuitive experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives and drive content recommendations.
Build relationships with Engineering, Product, Design, Research, Marketing, and Data Science teams.
Establish and communicate content best practices and oversee the creation of information architecture frameworks.
Help define and evangelize the role of UX Content Design at Indeed.
Requirements
7+ years of professional experience in product user experience, with a focus on content strategy, content design, UX writing, or similar.
2+ years of managing local and remote teams.
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
Proven ability to lead UX projects and drive measurable business impact.
Bachelor's Degree.

Competitive salary: $140,000 - $202,000 per year (dependent on location).
