This role requires a strategic leader who can drive revenue growth through both commercial and enterprise sales channels within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building high-performing teams and closing complex deals in the healthcare industry.What you'll do at UiPathTeam Leadership & ManagementLead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals focused on acquiring new healthcare customersSet clear performance expectations, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviewsFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementSales Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve new logo acquisition targets across commercial and enterprise segmentsIdentify and prioritize target accounts and market opportunities within the healthcare sectorDrive pipeline generation and management to ensure consistent revenue growthCollaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize the customer acquisition processRevenue GenerationOwn and exceed quarterly and annual new business revenue targetsManage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with healthcare organizationsNegotiate and close high-value contracts with both commercial and enterprise healthcare clientsMaintain accurate forecasting and reporting on sales activities and pipeline healthMarket & Industry ExpertiseStay current on healthcare industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscapeUnderstand the unique needs and challenges of healthcare organizationsLeverage industry knowledge to position solutions effectively and build credibility with prospectsWhat you'll bring to the team7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferred healthcare, with at least 2 years in a sales management roleProven success in new logo acquisition across both commercial and enterprise segmentsDemonstrated ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing sales teamsStrong understanding of complex sales methodologies and consultative selling approachesDeep understanding of the healthcare industry, including key stakeholders, buying processes, and regulatory environmentConsistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotasExcellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skillstravel 20%+, role open to location/remoteCandidates must be authorized to work in the United States for this rolePreferred QualificationsExperience with healthcare IT, digital health, or healthcare services solutionsMBA or relevant advanced degreeExisting relationships within the healthcare industry*may scale role to a Senior Manager for the right candidateMaybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job?
