Manager, Remote Sales Support

Develop and implement effective strategies to support remote sales team in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction goals Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas of improvement and provide actionable recommendations Collaborate with sales team to create and maintain client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Train and mentor remote sales team on sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies and procedures Assist in the development of sales materials and presentations to effectively showcase products and services to clients Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to remote sales team Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives Stay updated on industry trends and competition to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the curve Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards in all sales activities.
