We exist to ensure delivery excellence and customer success.ResponsibilitiesLeading and coaching a team of project managers through assignment planning, capacity management, performance development, and escalation resolutionEnforcing portfolio governance including scope controls, SOW standards, financial oversight, and proactive risk mitigation across active engagementsDriving revenue and resource forecasting in partnership with Finance and Services leadership to align pipeline delivery and optimize time-to-valuePartnering with Sales and Solutions teams to scope professional services contracts, ensuring deliverable clarity, commercial viability, and margin disciplineChampioning operational excellence and continuous improvement across delivery methodology, change management practices, and AI-enabled service innovationWhat we’re looking forManage teams in Professional Services or PMO environments for 5+ yearsImplement complex enterprise contact center platforms, including multi-product and integrated environments with demonstrated successOperate independently, align with corporate strategy, and execute with minimal oversightScope, draft, and negotiate Professional Services Statements of Work and RFP responsesLead complex, multi-workstream implementations in enterprise settingsWork U.S. business hours with availability for cross-functional collaborationHold active PMP certificationDemonstrate knowledge of AI-driven solutions including chatbots, voice bots, and agentic AISalary Range or On Target Earnings:Minimum:$97,600.00Maximum:$225,700.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locationsAt Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
