Position Summary:
The Manager, Product Strategy & Delivery serves as the end-to-end Product Owner for clinical and pharmacy programs, accountable for product vision, roadmap, integration, and execution across the organization. This role combines strategic product leadership with disciplined program and project management to ensure solutions are market-relevant, scalable, and operationally sound. The Manager is the single point of accountability for assigned products and programs, driving alignment from concept through launch and ongoing optimization. They partner cross-functionally with Operations, Implementation, Information Technology, Sales, Client Success, Pricing, and external partners to deliver seamless execution. This leader ensures products are delivered with excellence, meet business objectives, and create measurable value for clients and stakeholders.
What you will do:
Product Strategy and Ownership:

Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for assigned clinical and pharmacy programs


Serve as the end-to-end Product Owner, accountable for product lifecycle management from ideation through optimization


Ensure products remain market-relevant, competitive, and aligned with organizational growth objectives


Support sales and marketing efforts


Monitor market for competitive trends

Program and Delivery Execution:

Lead cross-functional program planning and execution to ensure on-time, high-quality product delivery


Establish clear milestones, success metrics, and governance processes to drive disciplined execution


Identify risks, remove barriers, and ensure seamless integration across systems and workflows

Cross-Functional Leadership and Collaboration:

Partner with Operations, IT, Implementation, Sales, Client Success, Pricing, and external partners to align priorities and deliver outcomes


Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans across departments


Serve as the central point of accountability and decision-making for assigned products and programs

Performance, Optimization, and Continuous Improvement:

Monitor product performance, financial impact, and client outcomes to inform enhancements


Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve scalability, efficiency, and user experience


Incorporate stakeholder and market feedback into ongoing product refinement and innovation

What you need:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or related field required; Master’s degree (MBA) preferred


5+ years of progressive experience in product management, program management, or healthcare/pharmacy operations


Demonstrated experience owning and delivering complex, cross-functional products or programs end-to-end


Proven ability to develop and execute product strategy and roadmaps


Experience managing the full product lifecycle from concept through optimization


Strong business acumen with alignment to financial and operational goals


Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills


Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities


Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions


Willingness to travel (10%-20%)
